Frequently asked questions
Does my iPhone case need to be removed?
Most slim cases (up to 3mm) work fine with MagSafe. Thick cases or metal/wallet cases may reduce charging speed or require removal to align properly.
Will this charge Android phones?
The main pad is MagSafe-optimized for iPhone, but any Qi-compatible Android phone (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.) will charge at standard 5–10W Qi speeds.
Do I need to buy the power adapter separately?
No — a 45W USB-C power adapter is included in the box. Just plug it into the wall and you're ready to charge all three devices simultaneously.
