Frequently asked questions
Will it work on monitors smaller or larger than 44cm?
The 44cm bar works best on 24"–32" monitors. On smaller monitors it may extend slightly past the edges, which still looks great. For 34"+ ultrawides, we recommend using two bars side by side.
Does it need a hub or USB port on my monitor?
It works with any standard USB-A port — your monitor's USB hub, a laptop, a USB wall adapter, or a desktop tower. All are fine.
Is the app required or optional?
Totally optional. The included IR remote handles all basic color and brightness controls. The app adds features like custom scenes, scheduling, and music sync if you want them.
